EXCHANGES

  • We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the items are new, unworn, and with all original tags attached.

  • Exchanges will not be accepted if these conditions are not met.

  • Shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, you can submit an exchange request by logging into your account on our website.


RETURNS

  • Returns are not accepted on discounted items.

  • Items purchased with 50% off or more are considered FINAL SALE, meaning they can only be exchanged for the same product in a different size.

  • If you wish to return an item, you can submit a return request by logging into your account on our website.

  • Shipping costs related to returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

  • Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if you receive a damaged or incorrect item so we can assist you.

  • Claims made after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
