How do I know my size?
If you want to understand how each garment fits, you can check the product description. There, we include recommendations on whether you should size up or down depending on the style.
How do exchanges or returns work?
You have 30 days from your purchase date to request an exchange or return.
Items must be in the same condition you received them and must include their original tags.
We do not accept returns on items purchased on sale.
If your item had a 50% discount or more, it is considered FINAL SALE, which means we only allow size exchanges for the same product.

How should I wash my garments?

Why is my payment being declined?
If your payment is being declined, we recommend trying again and contacting your bank, as online purchases may sometimes be blocked as a fraud-prevention measure.

How do I use my coupon?
In your shopping cart, go to the Discount Code section and enter your code.
Click Apply to validate it.

Will I receive an email with my tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
What should I do if my package didn’t arrive on the estimated delivery date?
Unfortunately, shipping times depend entirely on the courier service.
We do our best to process orders quickly, but once the package has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are out of our control.
If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number for more detailed information.
My package is lost or didn’t arrive at the address
